Financial transactions on CXCriket must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, and fees may apply depending on the method selected.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply to deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed during the transaction process and may vary by payment method. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
Your account balance represents funds available for entertainment participation or withdrawal. Balances do not earn interest and are not protected by deposit insurance schemes. You should not maintain larger balances than necessary for your intended entertainment activities.
Inactive accounts with remaining balances may be subject to maintenance fees after extended periods of inactivity. We will notify you before applying such fees and provide opportunity to withdraw funds or reactivate your account.
If you believe a transaction error has occurred, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate reported errors and make corrections if warranted. Failure to report errors within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

The CXCriket name, logo, and branding are trademarks that may not be used without authorization. Entertainment content including games, graphics, and software is licensed for your personal entertainment use only and may not be extracted, reverse engineered, or used outside the platform.
User-generated content you submit to CXCriket, such as profile information or communications, remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content as necessary for platform operation.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Any remaining account balance may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to CXCriket, provided the termination was not due to fraudulent activity. Balances associated with fraudulent accounts may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe. Before closing your account, withdraw any remaining balance, as closed accounts cannot be reactivated.
If you wish to self-exclude due to concerns about your entertainment habits, use the self-exclusion tools described in our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion provides stronger protections than simple account closure and prevents account reopening for a specified period.
CXCriket strives to maintain continuous platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
Entertainment content is provided by third-party suppliers and is subject to their availability and technical requirements. We do not control these external systems and are not responsible for issues originating from third-party content providers.

If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration provides a faster, less expensive alternative to litigation. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits by agreeing to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CXCriket operates. Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CXCriket regarding platform use. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
